2. Orders and Specifications

  • Artwork and Design Approval: Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications and approving all designs before production. We are not liable for errors in approved proofs, including but not limited to typographical errors, incorrect colors, or design inaccuracies.​

  • Color Matching: While we strive for color accuracy, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to variations in printing processes. Hard copy proofs are available upon request for color verification, subject to additional charges.​

  • Material and Dimensions: All products are manufactured based on the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all dimensions, materials, and other specifications are correct.​

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.​

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required before production begins unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.​

  • Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to all orders unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.​

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the chosen method and destination.​

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.​

  • Risk of Loss: All products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from our facility. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.​

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.​

  • Defective Products: If a product is defective or does not meet the approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.​

6. Intellectual Property

  • Customer Content: Customers retain ownership of all content provided to us. By submitting content, you grant X Custom Boxes and Packaging a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.​

  • Company Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of X Custom Boxes and Packaging and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.​

7. Limitation of Liability

X Custom Boxes and Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.​
