Thank you for choosing X Custom Boxes and Packaging. We are committed to providing high-quality, custom packaging solutions. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy to address any concerns you may have.

1. Custom Orders and Eligibility for Returns

All products produced by X Custom Boxes and Packaging are customized according to the specifications provided by our clients. As such, these products are not eligible for return or refund unless they meet the criteria outlined below.

2. Reporting Issues with Orders

If you receive an order that is defective or does not match the approved specifications, please notify us within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. You can contact our Customer Service team at:

When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy

3. Resolution Process

Upon receiving your complaint, our Quality Assurance team will review the submitted information. If the issue is determined to be a result of an error on our part, we will:

  • Reprint the order at no additional cost to you
  • Ship the corrected order using the original shipping method

Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for defective products; our sole remedy is to reprint the order.

4. Return of Defective Products

In certain cases, we may request the return of the defective products for further inspection. If requested, you are responsible for returning the full quantity of the original order within seven (7) business days of receiving the order. The return should be accompanied by:

  • The original packaging
  • All items included in the original shipment

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
